Anyone know because sometimes profiles depart from the assigned group, I happen to be working with SyncBack to backup information on a daily basis, then I have a general group within another group profile, then everyone have programmed the general group to which run every hour, on several occasions it has happened to me not because any profile outside this subgroup.

Hi, you have posted in the wrong section. This is News and Announcements. You should post your questions in the appropriate SyncBack product model that you are using. However, as you have stated which SyncBack product you are using, I can't help you move your thread. Please reply with this information so I can move your thread to the appropriate section.
