Anyone know that the files sent synback weight 0kb destination when the source that has a weight greater than 0kb, urging me know.

Hi, you have posted in the wrong section. This is News and Announcements. You should post your questions in the appropriate SyncBack product model that you are using. However, as you have stated which SyncBack product you are using, I can't help you move your thread. Please reply with this information so I can move your thread to the appropriate section.
Regarding your question, I can't answer this question as your description is too brief. Can you describe more in detail what is happening, please? What did you configure SyncBack to do exactly? Copy what files from where to where? Network? FTP? etc... Please provide more info for me to help you.
