Our website was off-line for approximately six hours on 28 March 2007 due to unprecedented demands on our server. Our forum and support area were particularly badly affected by this issue and some posts may have been deleted in the process. This issue may have arisen because of an abuse of our forum and we are investigating this as a matter of priority.
We apologize to all our customers and users of our software for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and will continue to seek to improve our hosting service reliability which consistently delivers 99.5% uptime.
