2BrightSparks Web Server Upgrade
Hi, over the last 6 months the number of visitors to our site and downloads of our software has grown significantly, and recent signs of the strain were beginning to show on our server that began to exhibit strange behaviors over the last week or so. A few users experienced problems with the forum registration, and the occasional support ticket failed to show up in our system.
I'm pleased to report that we have just completed the migration to a more capable server - four times more powerful. If you visited the site earlier today you may have experienced a very brief period of downtime. The migration process is now complete, and we're very pleased that we can continue to provide our online service sure in the knowledge that it will deliver a dependable service to our users well into the future.
