Hi all,
I'm randomly getting a failure message from SyncBackPro when attempting to launch a scheduled backup profile. When going to the help, I've pinpointed this case that fits my case:
You must use your Windows login password. You cannot use your login PIN or Windows Hello. It must be your Windows login password. This is a requirement of Windows, not SyncBackPro.
I log in indeed with Windows Hello and fingerprint. But I've never had such a problem on my other computer which has massive scheduled profiles and works like a charm.
How can I workaround this restriction by for example giving up my session password to SyncBackPro?
