I just upgraded to v11 from v10, and now when the differences window comes up, it flashes/blinks for several seconds; it did not do this in the previous versions I've used. And even though the window has focus, even if I'm clicking on things in the window, it just keeps on flashing until it finally stops. It's really annoying and distracting while I'm trying to read the list of files.
Maybe I'm missing it somewhere, but is there a way to disable that?
