Change FTP folder

Post by muton007 »

Hi,

Trying to copy image files from an FTP server located on an industrial controller, but running into an issue with Syncback. Controller has two SD cards, SD1 and SD2. It defaults FTP to SD1, but folder can be changed using something like a filezilla as a client.
I can't find a setting in Syncback to allow me to go to SD2 folder (where the images are stored).

FTP Folder structure:
ROOT
- SD1
- SD2
- images

As syncback connects to SD1 by default, I can't change it to SD2 no matter what I try in the path field. (.\SD2\,\\SD2\,..\SD2,SD2, etc)
Is it possible to change a folder to a different one if it is at the same level as default?
It is not possible to change this setting on a camera controller.
Thanks
