Syncback Pro wants to copy everything I just copied - AGAIN

OK

What am I missing here folks?

First - have two folders (source and destination).

Prior to building out a new profile for these two - I did a bunch of manual copying for about 10 minutes - seeding source DIRECTLY to destination via Robocopy - (about 8GB of data)

I then put together the actual profile - connected everything up and ran a simulation and SB PRO is telling me it wants to copy ALL 8.67GB of files AGAIN - even tho every single file is already there.

I cherry picked a few files from each side to ensure I am not seeing thinks - and I am not:

Why is Syncback so insistent to make a copy of a file that is already there?

Also - why can I not EDIT my posts on this board?

I could not find the edit button at all once I added that first post.

I went from Free to Pro with the belief that my having to wait a day for a 1 TB folder to be backed up when its destination already has all its files. Is there a setting that will prevent the file replacements?

Please generate/submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run to [email protected] for investigation. Full instructions for creating and submitting the support zip are given here:

If your zip file is over 20MB, please contact us for alternative instructions and include the actual file size.

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.
