Hi,

In Intelligent Synchronization mode (FTP-Destination)

What to do if :
a file is deleted from the destination (unchanged in FTP) :
Delete file from FTP


I have this message : Trop de fichiers seront supprimés

Hi, your situation is presumably triggering one or more of the 'safety-catch' traps on

Modify profile -> Expert mode -> Copy/Delete -> Warning

What your settings are at present you would need to check (do also read the contextual Help for the meaning of certain special values - press F1 with Warning page open).

Whether it should be deleting [so many / any] files (including whether they should be present on [whichever] side, but apparently are not) is not something that can be analyzed without debug information / more background.

If you need to pursue this further, I suggest submit a Support Ticket to 2BS (contact details/link in KB article >> ) with a Support Zip containing debug information of a run where this happens. Do not attach/link Support Zips to a post on this open forum.


Note; it generally makes life easier if you plan to include screenshots of complex settings to briefly switch your SB user-interface to English first
