hi
i have update from 6 to SyncBackPro V7.6.45.0 , i wanted the portable version
but why does it create always 2 empty folder here
c:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro\
c:\Users\myname\AppData\Local\2BrightSparks\SyncBackPro\
windows 10 pro 64bit , OS fresh install , fresh SyncBackPro V7.6.45.0 install

help conflicts between v7 and v6
Hi
i have serious issues with v7
i had used v6 for a while
i have installed v6 ,after uninstalled and used the v6 portable version
now i have v7 , i have often many conflicts between v7 and v6
i want to uninstall as well v6 and keep only v7
can somebody help me?
should i call the support?
