ACD - Large files keep failing/retried

Post by Dixit »

I uploaded about 76k files in my ACD and about 4.5TB of data (I have a gigabit ISP so only took about 4days). I however have these constant failures on files that are larger than 1GB. It fails multiples times, and finally goes up there after maybe the 3rd or 4th retry. Definitely happens much more on 10GB or larger files. Most of the failures are in the 8GB to 15GB range. Don't have any files larger than 17GB, I know ACD has an issue with a max file size of I believe 40G or 50GB, cant remember off the top of my head.

Any help or tweaking on how to get it to better work on these larger files without having to keep having it retry like 4-5x just to get it to go up there?

Hi,

I suggest submitting a support ticket for your profile by using the Contact Support in the below link in this article and attach the zip file.

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.

Thanks,
