Network connection lost

Post by genegold »

What does "Network connection lost, attempting to reconnect" mean in SyncBack Pro terms? This is a single user Win 10 desktop and there's been no loss in internet connection. Happened twice just now since I added Windows>System32 folder to backup (temporarily).

Hi,

“Network connection lost…” simply means the connection to the Source or Destination drive was lost during the profile run, hence SyncBack attempted to reconnect to it. We need a support zip with debug logs to investigate on this error.

If the error occurs again, please submit a support ticket with support zip for investigation. Full instructions to create and submit a support zip are given here:

http://support.2brightsparks.com/knowle ... ation-file

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum

Thank you.
