We have any option in SyncBackPro to eject the media after the profile has been run under:

Modify > Expert > Misc > Media > Eject source/destination media after the profile has run

Note that, as stated in the help file, this option 'may not' work with USB devices. So, please test it with your USB device, by clicking on the 'Test Eject' button available in that page.  

If this does not work, one possible workaround is to embed commands to detach the external drive in the Programs-Before/After sections of the profile - either directly or by calling a batch or script file.

Sorry, but we don't provide bespoke support on what those specific commands should be or write/debug custom scripts/batch files as this is beyond the scope of our support.
