Hi all,

I've just upgraded from v7 to v8 a few minutes ago.

Do I have to deinstall v7 first before installing v8 ?

Wondering this, because v7 is 32 bits, and I wish v8 in 64bits... I don't need any problems !!!

Thanks

Hi,

We do not recommend installing Pro V7 (32-bit) and Pro V8 (64-bit) on the same computer. To migrate from SyncBackPro V7 (32-bit) to Pro V8 (64-bit):

- Please export your profiles and settings from Pro V7 and save them at your preferred location

- Uninstall SyncBackPro V7

- Install SyncBackPro V8 (64-bit)

- Import your profiles and settings into V8

This KB article will guide you through the steps on exporting/importing your profiles:

Thank you.
