E-Mail backup fails while testing connection (SBP 8.1.1.0)

Hi,

using SyncBackPro 8.1.1.0 I'm trying to set up a profile to backup my emails from the provider goneo.de.
FWIW, I'm using the very same connection/authentication details in SBP as I did in Mozilla Thunderbird which works quite well when retrieving (new) messages with those settings.

I've set up the new profile as:
server type: IMAP4
hostname: imap.goneo.de
port: 993 (was given from the provider and works well with Thunderbird)
login: alread tried, none, SSL/TLS and STLS (Thunderbird uses SSL/TLS)
authentication is necessary
provided my login name and password which was correctly entered.

When doing a testdrive with those connections details above, I get the error:
13.06.2017 15:26:30: Connected
13.06.2017 15:26:30: * OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS ID ENABLE IDLE AUTH=PLAIN] goneo mail ready.
13.06.2017 15:26:30: A0001 LOGIN ...
13.06.2017 15:26:30: A0001 BAD Error in IMAP command received by server.
Anything I could try to get around this issue?

Please submit a support ticket by using the Contact Support in the below link in this article and attach the zip.

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Thanks Kostas for your reply.

For any (yet unknown) reason this magically seems to work now!
Honestly, I've restarted SBP and re-tried backing up the emails by executing the profile again, however, without testing the connection to the mail server again.
Anyway it now works flawlessly.
