Syncback Pro Can't find destination drive label.

Post by warwagon »

I've had an issue for a while and I just have lived with it until a customer of mine using syncback pro ran into the same issue, so now i'm looking for a solution.

The issue is when using drive labels. I named a drive Offsite1-1 and I verified windows see's the drive label by doing a vol d:\ in the command prompt. It also shows Offsite1-1

Yet when I do %LABEL=Offsite1-1%\

Syncback bombs out saying it can't find the destination?

Any idea how I can fix this?

Thanks

Hi,

Can you please try setting the destination path to d:\ under Modify > Simple settings page, and use the Alternatives button (on the right side of the page) to convert the drive letter to LABEL variable to see if it helps? Please read this KB article for additional details:

If you still experience issues, can you please submit a support ticket to [email protected] with your profile configuration and some Windows explorer screen shots to better understand your problem?

Thank you.
