what does Cannot move file (123) mean?

Hello,as below,does error 123 mean the path too long?or because some specific words included?

Hi,

Please note that the error message

Failed to copy from Source : Safe copy failed. Failed to rename temp file: Cannot move file (123)……”

is returned from your Windows (not from SyncBackPro). Our program is just reporting the error back to the user. You can refer to this link for Windows error codes and search for 123:

Yes, the error could be due to long file name. Can you try copying the error file manually via File Explorer (or Windows Explorer) from the profile’s source to destination and see if it works?

If it works during manually copy then submit a support zip to [email protected] for investigation. Full instructions are given here:

If your Zip is over 30 MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Hello,if we have 50 files meet error 123,how will we ignore these 50 files quickly?
