Hi ,
We are using Mirror profile to Copy 1000 plus files from Source (Network location) to destination (Cloud Box location) . We faced a issue as below :
There were 2 files with same name in 2 different folders but after profile run those were incorrectly copied to it’s different folders and not to their respective folders. Can you tell us why?
Is this issue fixed in Version 8

Also we keep on getting below error after completion ofmirror profile run.
Failed to copy from Source : The file has been created by something else since the profile started. Please run the profile again

Hi,
Please submit a support zip (with debug logs) of your profile run to [email protected] for investigation.
Full instructions for creating and submitting the support zip are given here:

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!
Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.

Hi Swapna,
Not sure if we can share the zip file. But when we click on Errors, in most of the cases below error is looged:
Failed to copy from Source : The file has been created by something else since the profile started. Please run the profile again.
Also we need to upgrade the version of Syncbackpro. Currently we are using V7.3 Could you pleas suggest which is the most stable version?

Hi,
Please test with SyncBackPro V8.5.5.0 release version to see if it helps? You can download and install V8 from here:

Do not uninstall and reinstall, or you'll lose your profiles & settings. Just install 'over the top'.
