Hi,
Can you please clarify your question? Do you want to backup multiple folders from the same drive i.e. H:\lavoro\?
If so, you can select/de-select files/folders to backup from: Modify > Simple > Choose sub-directories and files settings page
Or if you want to backup files/folders from multiple drives, then please refer to this forum post for more details:

i would like to backup several folder like H:\job and H:\special job and C:\job to V:\jobs

You have to use All Drives location script or SyncBack Touch to backup files from multiple drives on your computer. Please read this forum post for additional details:
