"Limit the bandwidth usage" is grayed out in Options

Post by kvn864 »

Hello, I am running the latest version of SBP 64bit that connects to 2 SBTouch places. Under Copy/Delete > Advanced page in settings the "Limit the bandwidth usage" is grayed out, and I would really want to implement it. Not running a compression. Thank you for the help

Hi,

The option ‘Limit bandwidth usage to’ (under Copy/Delete > Advanced settings page) is supported only with internal, external or network drives, hence that option is grayed out as you are trying to backup to/from a Touch device.

Thank you.

Is bandwidth limiting for Touch devices an option in the future? can we request it? the backup kills my network for media streaming while it's running.
