Why is SyncBack only able to upload 1 file at a time, the Amazon app can upload I think 5 files at the same time.

166 days+, thats insane, I have 1000/1000 fiber connection.

Hi,

The REST API component that we use in SyncBackPro to interface with Amazon Drive server does not allow us to upload/download files in multiple threads. Note that SyncBackPro supports multi-threading (multiple simultaneous connections) with cloud services that supports threaded access e.g. Amazon S3, Azure, Google Storage, Backblaze B2 and OpenStack.

Regarding the slow transfer, please submit a support zip with debug logs for investigation. When you notice that SyncBack is slow at transferring files, abort the profile run and submit the support zip as per the instructions given here:

http://support.2brightsparks.com/knowle ... ation-file

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.

Thank you.
