Running SBPro V12.12.0. Nothing changed with email account and has been working fine up util a week or so ago. Getting a EHLO/HELO error when targeting my gmail email account. Technical support says to check smtp server name but I'musing the default GMAIL config which does match.

Re: Can no longer email log files?
Thank you. That worked. Any idea what changed and I had to add that +? The profile had been running fine for almost a year?

Re: Can no longer email log files?
Hi,
The log file shows that the local computer name sent to the email server is incorrect (EHLO XXXXX). So, when you entered '+' in that 'Local computer name' field, SyncBack will attempt to correct this by sending the correct computer name.
Thank you.
