I'm trying to download a nightly SVN repo tarball via FTP which is > 1.5GB in size. I'm getting this error "User aborted or the profile run-time limit was reached" every time my profile runs.
Source: FTP server
Dest: USB 3.0 drive H:
Running on Windows 8.1 using SyncBackPro 8.5.33 (this is the latest version as of today)
Global Settings, FTP settings are set to defaults.
Looking for a solution so that I can have this tarball backed up to my external drive in case of disaster.

Hi,
Please submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run for further investigation. To do this, enable 'Output debug information' from Preferences menu and run the profile in manual mode (ctrl + R). When the Differences Window is displayed abort the profile run and submit the support zip as per the instructions given here:

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!
