Windows Server 2008R2 - Error 0xFFFFFF98

Hi,

In the email report I have "aborted job" with this error: "BACKUP (Backup FTP): The profile is already running or is due to run." , I have this error from one week.
If I run manually, the Group Job run without error, but if it run with scheduled job, no.
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
Version: Syncbackup PRO V8

Can you help me?

Hi,

Please submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run for further investigation. Enable 'Output debug information' from Preferences menu and run the profile in manual mode (ctrl + R). When the Differences Window is displayed abort the profile run and submit the support zip as per the instructions given here:

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!
