Error for large files to s3

Post by amartinez »

We get random fails on some large files when uploading to AWS s3
- our network has no issues at these times
- file sizes are 20 G and 32G
- sometimes they upload, sometimes they don't. The job runs every two days
- in 30 days we had this error on 11 occasions with 3 files

"Failed to copy from Source : Cloud error 200: HTTP/1.1 200 OK - The list of parts was not in ascending order. Parts must be ordered by part number. (InvalidPartOrder) - Recv 10/04/2018 07:01:47: 27, <?xml version=""1.0"" encoding=""UTF-8""?>

Why should the ordering be effected so frequently? Is there a fix?

Hi,

Please submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run for further investigation. To do this, enable 'Output debug information' from Preferences menu and run the profile. Then submit a support zip as per the instructions given here:

http://support.2brightsparks.com/knowle ... ation-file

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.

Thank you.
