When mirroring files with SyncBack, it will typically copy the full directory structure to each file (obviously). Is there a way to configure it to copy all selected files into a single folder on the destination, thus "flattening" the folder hierarchy?
For instance, let's say I set the source path as just "D:\," destination as E:\Example, and use the File & Folder Selection to tick a few individual files:
D:\file1.txt
D:\path1\somefile.txt
D:\path2\anotherfile.txt
Can I configure SyncBack so the result will be:
E:\Example\file1.txt
E:\Example\somefile.txt
E:\Example\anotherfile.txt
(all files are copied, but directly into the destination folder, flattened).
I've searched the docs & scoured the options as best as I could, but so far no dice :/

Re: Copy All Files Into Single Folder?
Addendum: in case it's relevant, what I'm attempting to do is use SyncBack to copy some preselected documents onto a phone (over MTP), which may come from different places on my source system. While I know SyncBack wouldn't be able to scan the destination for matching purposes, that could be overcome by enabling FastBackup, so SyncBack will remember what it's already copied.

Hi,
'Folder flattening' is not supported in any version of SyncBack. Please read this KB article for more details:

Thank you.
