Google Drive backup profile results in Unknown error

Post by ralphslate »

I have a job which is set to create a single ZIP backup file on Google Drive. I actually have several of these, and almost all of them work fine.

However, one of them chugs along for a while, everything looks successful, but errors out every time. It gives a message dialog that says "Unknown Error". I was only able to see this dialog by changing the settings to prompt me on several things, such as source or destination not available. Otherwise it fails, it gives a log that says that it failed, but nothing in the log says why. It just say Result: Failure.

Since this is a zip file, which is all-or-nothing, no file is created in the destination.

Any help would be appreciated. I am running the latest version, V8.5.43.0 (x32).

Thanks!

Hi,

Please submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run for further investigation.

Full instructions for creating and submitting the support zip are given here:

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!
