Hi,

Please submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run for further investigation.

Full instructions for creating and submitting the support zip are given here:

http://support.2brightsparks.com/knowle ... ation-file

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.

Thank you

Hi!

This seems to be a common problem with the latest Windows update.
I stumbled upon it as another backup software could not handle the same file.
The file is owned by SYSTEM so it's not possible to delete normally.
I just deleted the 0 byte exe and another subfolder with the same 0 byte exe by using the Sysinternals PsExec tool to run command prompt as NT Authority\System account and then was able to delete the files. There might be an easier way but this was something I was quite certain would work and it did.
Just writing it here in the hope it could be helpful to someone else googling it.

I opened the support ticket now. I only want to let you know that I have the same bug on my Surface 3 after updating it to 1803, too.

The support answered, but there is no solution except of filtering:
The error messages are due to the new security changes introduced by Microsoft in Windows 10 April 2018 update. Windows prevents access to 'MicrosoftEdge.exe' file even when trying to copy from Volume Shadow Copy service (VSS), hence the errors.

The only solution is to exclude those files from your backup file/folder selections
Because of that I added a new entry to my list:
