FTP -> NAS drive Backup / Time Trigger Problem

Post by Wolly »

Hi all,

I have a problem with the automatic execution of a profile.

The profile makes once a day at 01:00 clock a backup of an FTP server to a NAS drive.

If I run the profile manually, everything works. But if it is activated by the time trigger, then no connection to the network drive can be established.

The software is running on a Windows 2016 server.

I have also run another backup profile on a normal win 10 pc on the same network drive. This is always done correctly.

What do I need to change? I have already added the registry entry.

Thx to all

Hi,

Please submit a support zip with debug logs of the profile run for further investigation.

Full instructions for creating and submitting the support zip are given here:

http://support.2brightsparks.com/knowle ... les/213970

If your Zip is over 30MB, contact us for alternate instructions, advising the actual size. Do not try to attach to the ticket!

Do not post (nor links to) Support Zips on this open forum.

Thank you.
