The system tray icon for SB Pro v8 does not appear when I start Windows. The profiles do run so the program is working however, I have to open SB from the Windows start menu to view the program.
Is there a way to have to icon appear in the system tray on Windows start?
Thanks

Re: system tray icon
If you tap the "show hidden icons" button ( ^ ) in the task tray, is it there?
If so, you can go into settings to have it show all the time.

Re: system tray icon
Hint: if found, you can also drag a hidden icon & drop it into/onto the main (always-visible) system tray. Quicker than poking through Settings...
If that works for you, you may find you need to do this for SB every time you install an updated version. It feels* like Windows caches a hash value for the application whose icon it unhides and loses track of the fact when you install an update (= new hash value / does not match the cached value / so Windows hides it again) but it takes a couple of seconds to fix (as above) if that was your issue.
* this is purely guesswork on my part but it behaves exactly like I suspect it would if my theory is correct. Other theories may exist
