Hi,
I am doing the trial for Pro and wanted to know the following:
1. I have 250GB of files in a folder. The files are encrypted on fly before they are stored on the cloud.
2. When scanning of the destination is done, the files are decrypted on fly and then read by the program.
3. This adds some delays to the backup process.
4. I am using fast back to speed this up so only delta is sent over.
5. I want to know if I lose my HDD or want to migrate my HDD to another one, how do I transfer the fastback up DB?

Hi,
Can you please export (select the profile from SyncBackPro main-window > right click > select Export Profile from the pop-up menu) and send your profile configuration to [email protected] for further assistance?
Thank you.
