Hi, do you have a Surface Pro? We've seen this happen on those devices. Can you try the suggestions shown in the video and see if it helps:

Go to location where SyncBackPro is installed > right click on the executable > select 'Properties' from the pop-up menu > Compatibility tab > Change high DPI settings > tick 'Override high DPI scaling behavior' > select System (Enhanced) from the dropdown menu, save settings and see if it works?
If the problem persists, try with the other 2 options available in the dropdown menu and see if it helps?
For the scrollbar, we're looking at that.
