Yet Syncback treats me like one.
I have some documentation I wish to encrypt while backing up. I'm using as long as a password as the "winzip 9" compatibility will allow. It's a complex password of course.
So for some crazy reason, Syncback has decided to protect me from using the paste function in the password window.
I've been a paying user for a long time and love it, but I'm extremely annoyed when software products do things like this. I very specifically want to use copy/paste from the source where I am securely saving that password.
Is anyone aware of a windows tool that would allow me to, for example, send that string of characters via a keyboard buffer or something?
Again, love Syncback - but this is ridiculous.

Thank you - your answer of the 79 character limitation causing the paste error is very reasonable.
Since Winzip 9 (referenced in the encryption settings) can take a longer password length, it never occurred to me that a longer password would cause a paste failure.
But in reality 79 characters is fine. Much appreciated.
