I have SyncBackPro V220.127.116.11 (64 bit) set to start up minimized. And it does, except for the full screen "splash" when it first start up, then it quickly minimizes to the tray icon. Not a big deal, but I'm wondering if this is how it's meant to be, or if there's an additional setting that I don't have set that would eliminate this full screen at start up?

Well, I can't say how it is meant to be. If you are on Windows then you can create a shortcut and set the "Run" option in the properties of the shortcut to "Minimized". I find when I then minimize the Syncback window and close it while minimized it won't show a splash screen next time it is opened. Not sure if this will be what you are looking for but it does work.
