Need help with Google Photos

Post by kimobaksh38 »

I'm trying to understand how SB Pro works with Google Photos now. According to the FAQ I can select create a backup to Google Photos but when I try to create a profile Google Photos is not shown as a possible destination. I do have a cloud profile set up (as well as Google Drive). What am I missing?

I'm also confused on something I think I read that made it sound like I can't use SB Pro to upload photos from my computer to Google Photos. Am I understanding correctly?

SB Pro v9.1.12.0 on Windows 10

Hi,

SyncBackPro V9 only supports backing-up files from Google Photos to internal/external or network drive. It does not support uploading, deleting or changing files stored on Google Photos.

Thank you.

There used to be a folder on Google Drive that automatically synced photos to Google Photos, but they keep changing things.

'Backup & Sync' can be used to only sync photos to Google Photos though, but i guess that's not what you wanted.
