Trying to figure how to account for deleted files with a differential backup. I've used Toucan in the past and it would create archives that would note when a file is deleted so it is actually removed when everything is extracted. Can sync back do this? I'm currently trying to backup server data and don't want it to keep things that other programs/processes are deleting.
my goal: Create an initial differential of all the data i need (usually several TB) and then have differential archives off of that first one which would show what is made, modified, and deleted. It doesn't need to 'reset' as this is done on a monthly basis when we do our cutovers and everything is moved and then the old system is destroyed.
