Have tried to change the language of the portable (No-Install) version.
English is tagged, but the GUI remains Dutch.
Just updated my v10 to the latest one (v10.2.68.0), made no difference.
Vainly searched for an explanation/solution, probably I am overlooking it.
TIA
(tried to add a 1MB screenshot, but got an error 'File too large')

Is it correct that I cannot change the language in the portable version?

Re: Is it correct that I cannot change the language in the portable version?
Thanks.
Just found it ...
Extracted the (newest) portable version and again compared it with the portable version on the external drive.
The existing one had an extra folder "Locale" with some 23 subfolders with languages. Didn't notice that initially.
Deleted the folder - now it is okay. It is set to English now.
OTOH it is still strange though that even though language was set to English, I still got the Dutch GUI.
Anyway, matter solved.
