Strange issue with emailing logs.

I have a installation of SyncBackPro V8 on Windows 10 and i am running into a bug when trying to setup log emails. Basically in order to get my email settings to work i need to have the services provider set to "Gmail" but every time i enter the settings and click apply it reverts back to "Custom"

I have tried to following things.
  • Reinstalling the software
  • Recreating the backup profile
Anyone ever have this issue before or have suggestions on how to resolve this?

This selection is just used to automatically set some of the settings below and does not need to continue to show Gmail when you come back later.

"Email Service: If you use a public email service, e.g. GMail, then you may be able to choose it from the drop-down list. If so, some of the settings will be set automatically for you. Note that you may still need to set things like the login username as they are unique to your account."
