Move the file instead of copying it don't work

Post by setancient »

Hi, I use Syncbackpro V9 and I tried with the option in question to move a file. That is, the file after copying must disappear from the source so it must be moved. But despite having activated the option "Move the file instead of copying it" the file is copied but remains in the source. Where am I going wrong?

Is this profile using "Fast Backup"? There are restrictions on moving or deleting files on the source using "Fast Backup".

A little more information will be helpful. Is the source file open by another app? Is the source file read only? Is the source file a system file? Is the source file the only one that doesn't move? What is the source file type? Is the profile executed manually or by a schedule?
