Profile does not work as expected

I've a sync profile from my local Synology NAS to One Drive Personal.

Today, I've modified an Excel file on the NAS and manually started the appropriate profile to sync the files between both locations.
Some minutes before I've additionally the same file on OneDrive but finally save the local one to the NAS.

Anyway, the profile says:

And thats what Explorer says:
file properties.png

I did a test run, btw and repeating the execution did not change the game.
So, why does the profile want to copy from OneDrive, which is obviously the older version to the NAS?
