How to add same sync profiles for third computer?

Assume I setup a group profile with a couple of single profiles inside on Desktop computer D (=with SyncBack 11).

I sync some directories on my Desktop computer D with the corresponding directories on a remote computer N (=Notebook).
It works.

Now a third computer X comes into play.
I want to sync exactly the same directories from D with X.
So the group profile and the single profiles inside must somehow be duplicated.
Furthermore I have to change/replace the "left" side target in the new profiles from "N" to "X"

How can I achieve this?

And not to forget: I have to reset all "already transferred" flags in the new profiles. So that SyncBack does not think:
"Oh, files are deleted an X, so I have to deleted them now on D too"
