Gmail Blocks Email for Log

I have been using SyncBack successfully for years. I have backups setup to send an email if there is a problem. That worked fine until 2 days ago.

I am now receiving an email from Google (my email provider) that states:
Review blocked sign-in attempt
Google just blocked someone from signing into your Google Account ******* from an app that may put your account at risk.
So it seems when there is an issue with a backup, and SyncBack tries to send an email, Google is blocking SyncBack from logging into the account.

Does anyone have a resolution to this issue (besides switching email providers)?
