Unable to Send Email
This is our first time to try Syncback SE on Windows Server 2016. After configuring email log we get message "Unable to send email: Error connecting server; current server smtp.gmail.com; connect failed, error 0x0000274c." We are certain the email login credentials are good as I'm using same on other syncback installations. We've also using tried using other email accounts with same results. Could Server 2016 be blocking outbound or inbound requests? We've turned the firewall off and get same results.

The error 0x0000274c is Timeout error. The possible reasons for receiving this error are explained here:

Can you please submit a support ticket to [email protected] with your profile configuration and screenshot of the log page showing the error for further investigation.

We resolved the email log problem by using the authorizing cloud account. Thanks for your help.
