I have syncback touch on two phones, but they aren't auto backing up on my schedule
I have it set to back up every 4 hours, but there haven't been any new files on the backup system (where Syncback SE is installed) in 3 days. I tried running it manually, but no dice. I thought maybe it was upset the phone was in standby (locked) so I fixed that and tried again - nothing. If I manually open the syncback touch app on my phone THEN I can get it to work by manually starting the scan, but what's the point of that? I'm happy to pay for a working solution, but this isn't working.

Have you checked if there are any error logs or notifications? Also, ensure that the app has the necessary permissions to run in the background on your phone.silverspork wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2023 3:41 amI have it set to back up every 4 hours, but there haven't been any new files on the backup system (where Syncback SE is installed) in 3 days. Frustrating situation! Having set up automatic backups every 4 hours but seeing no new files in 3 days is concerning. Hoping for a swift resolution to ensure a reliable backup system.silverspork wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2023 3:41 amI have it set to back up every 4 hours, but there haven't been any new files on the backup system (where Syncback SE is installed) in 3 days. Ensure both phones have internet connections and verify the backup schedule settings in SyncBack Touch for any misconfigurations.

seem like scheduling and permissions are not correctly configured. Troubleshoot connectivity issue between syncback touch on phone and backup system.
