To better assist you, please provide your OnClick Utility Name, Version number and the screen shot of the error message.

Hi,

Sorry, but it's not clear from your screen shot the version of EncryptOnClick (EOC) you are using. If you are not using the latest version of EncryptOnClick (V2.0.4.0), I would suggest you to download and install the latest version from here:

After upgrading, please try EOC to see if it helps? If the problem persists, please submit a support ticket with steps to reproduce the problem and send it to [email protected] for further investigation.
