EncryptOnClick caused SD card inaccessible

Post by sfacp »

Dear Experts,
I installed the EncryptOnClick Version on a laptop running Windows 7 Enterprise, 32 bit, two days ago. I encrypted files in two SD cards. Both cards ended up completely inaccessible after the encryption. I really worry about my files on the SD card! What software do you recommend to recover those files in the SD cards? Thank you.

Here are the details.
The first SD card was encrypted successfully, but it complained the last file could not be deleted. When I clicked OK, and exited the program, it seemed everything normal and I ejected the SD card. However, when I tried to read the SD card in the same laptop again, it pop up an error message: “You need to format the disk in drive F: before you can use it…”

When encrypting the 2nd SD card, it only encrypted the first file, then it complained “unable to delete the file”. The program then crashed. The SD Card became inaccessible and display the error message “F:\ is not accessible. The volume does not contain a recognized file system. …”
I plugged those two SD cards to different computers with similar error messages.
