Failed to copy from Computer

Post by maddarter »

I have 6 files for which I keep getting this error message:

Failed to copy from Computer : Cannot copy file (3): The system cannot find the path specified The file may have been deleted between the time it was scanned and the attempt to copy it was made

I've looked this up enough to know that it is a Windows problem. But does someone know a way to fix it? or is there a way to "move on"?

Modify > Expert > Log > 'If a file cannot be copied because it was deleted before it could be copied then make it a warning and not a failure'

(Actually, that sentence should more accurately end 'not an Error', but you get the idea, especially when you consider this will mean the entire run is not marked as Failure (c/o that error, anyway))

See also the contextual Help re that setting on that Log settings page and bear in mind that deciding if the disappearance of such files is trivial (temp files, etc) or symptomatic of something you should be concerned about is entirely up to you
