If you find a bug in any of our software, please submit a support ticket. It does not matter if you are using our freeware, a beta version or you haven't yet purchased the software. We want to know about any and all bugs so we can fix them as soon as possible. We usually need more information and details from you to reproduce bugs and that is better done via a support ticket and not this forum.
If you are entitled to technical support then please submit a support ticket. Please do not post the same question to the forum and also via a support ticket. Once again, 2BrightSparks does not provide technical support via this forum.
I have been using SyncBack Pro for quite some time and as the need for increased backup intervals is needed, it leaves me dry.
I can schedule for daily backup, weekly, monthly.. But what about hourly or by minute? These options do not appear to be incorporated.
Backup software should provide maximum protection against loss of data, therefore, I suggest scheduling features for hourly and "realtime" by minute be added. As long as it's a direct backup that checks file versions and updates only new ones, the computer resource overhead should be minimal.
In our software (which leverages the Windows Task Scheduler) you can set a Task to run maximum once per day, but you can leverage the Repeat settings 'within' that to achieve any frequency you like. It depends on your OS and which version of our software you are using exactly where you would find these, but if you cannot see them immediately, try looking under the Advanced button
