Hello everybody,
I have a problem with your product when trying to backup files that contains letters č đ and similar. I am running Windows 7 32 bit OS. Is there any posibility that I can solve this problem?

Hi, I assume you are using SyncBack freeware? If so, please note that SyncBack freeware is not Unicode enabled:

SyncBackSE and SyncBackPro are Unicode enabled and so have no problems with filenames in any language. However, if you are using SyncBacSE or Pro, and are having problems with those characters, please check to make sure the device you are backing up to supports Unicode itself, e.g. the file system format may not support it.
