Hello.
I just wanted to know if it is possible to do a thing with SyncBackFree.
I set up the backup of a folder, containing a series of subfolders.
What I wanted to do, is to backup the subfolders with the name starting with #-L in a place and the ones with the name starting with M-Z to another place.
The type of backup is "Copy all file/folders to destination".
I have already tried and, of course, the first time everything went fine. The issue is when I add new folders. Even if their names start with A, B, C, etc. they are backed up in the M-Z destination.
I hope I have been clear. Thank you and have a great day.

Re: Backup part of a folder based on initial letter
It sounds like you're trying to back up folders based on their starting letters (A-L to one place and M-Z to another), but after adding new folders, they aren't going to the right backup location. Maybe the backup settings or folder filters need adjusting to fix this.ElimGarak wrote: ↑Thu Jul 04, 2024 9:16 amHello.
